Soul of Seattle February 5, 2021 - February 26, 2021 Location All events are hosted on Zoom. Tickets are available for purchase with or without meals. There are limited tickets available for participating restaurant meals. All food must be picked up on the Friday of the event from 3:00 – 5:00 PM from the featured restaurant selected. The Soul of Seattle 2021 is a series of virtual fundraising events throughout the month of February to benefit local Black chefs and organizations that empower youth of color in Seattle. Featuring dinners from Gravy & La Spiga Friday, February 12th – Live Panel Discussion with national Black culinary leaders hosted by Marcus Samuelsson. Panel includes Mashama Bailey, Eric Adjepong, Shakirah Simley, Kwame Onwuachi & Edouardo Jordan. Featuring dinners from Café Campagne & Salare Friday, February 19th – Live Cooking Demo Trey Lamont, Kristi Brown, and host Wayne Johnson of Farestart. Featuring dinners from Jerk Shack & Communion Friday, February 26th – Live Closing Dance party with special guest DJ Questlove.
